We at DriveiTech value your satisfaction. Our return and refund policy aims to ensure a fair and seamless process for both domestic and international customers.
1. Returns Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Returns must be requested within the applicable return window (see section below)
1.2 Ineligible Returns
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
• Items returned without prior authorization.
2. Domestic Returns
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
3. International Returns
3.1 Return Shipping Costs
• Customers must cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or a shipping error occurred.
3.2 Restocking Fee
• High-value international orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
4. Returns Due to Incompatibility
We understand that products may sometimes be incompatible with your needs or devices. For such cases, we accept returns under the following conditions:
• The return request must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• We will cover return shipping costs for customers in Australia however customers outside of Australia are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incompatibility is due to misinformation on our website or product listing.
• Refunds for incompatibility returns will be processed as store credit or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the customers preference.
5. Change of Mind
• Returns due to change of mind are accepted for domestic and international orders. However:
• Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer (this will be deducted from the total refund value).
• Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit only.
6. Warranty Claims
• We honor valid warranty claims for up to 12 months after receipt of the item.
• Warranty claims offer the following resolutions if the claim is validated:
• Refund to the original payment method.
• Store credit.
• Replacement item (if stock is available).
• Partial refund/half price for replacement item (if unit fault is deemed not our direct cause).
• Customers may have to pay return shipping costs.
7. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Customers will be notified via email once the refund is completed.
8. Fraud Prevention
• Refunds without returns are monitored to prevent abuse. Customers suspected of exploiting the system may be restricted from future purchases.
