Shipping Rates and Costs

Our shipping policy is free domestic shipping within Australia and free international shipping to New Zealand on orders over $100. International Orders over $100 will be charged $46.50, Orders under $100 will pay $9.95 domestically and 14.95 internationally.

 

Shipping methods and delivery times

We use DHL and Australia Post to ship all orders within Australia and New Zealand. You can expect your shipment to be in transit for 5 - 10 business days once shipped (2 - 3 days handling).

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a ‘Track Order’ button, once clicked, you will be taken directly to the shippers website (DHL/Aus Post) where you can track your order.

If your order is taking longer than expected it is recommended you contact the shipping agency directly. If you would prefer to contact us, we are able to get basic information from the shipping agency however this is a 2-3 day process.

Note: If item is out of stock locally it will be express shipped directly from our overseas warehouse.

 

When will my product restock?

We currently restock on a weekly basis and we work hard to keep our popular models in stock. Generally, no product will be out of stock for more than 7 days. If you are curious about whether we are restocking your kit, feel free to contact us below.
